On Wednesday, 22 May 2024, the Democratic Alliance (DA) Gauteng Premier Candidate, Solly Msimanga MPL, will host the Reya ba Tsena provincial rally at the Soweto Theatre.
The Gauteng Premier Candidate will be joined by the DA Federal Council Chairperson, Helen Zille, the DA Chief Whip in Parliament, Siviwe Gwarube MP, DA Gauteng public representatives, DA Gauteng Constituency Heads, and activists.
This rally signals the final countdown to the general elections and that the DA is ready to govern Gauteng. The writing is on the wall for the governing party after losing its majority in the local government elections. This election is a turning point for Gauteng, as our residents will have the opportunity to vote for the DA because we have a plan to rescue this province from corruption, unemployment, and non-existent service delivery.
During the media briefing, the DA will outline its plans to rescue Gauteng, its preparedness to govern, and ensure that residents receive the service delivery they deserve.
